Oh if once I get my speed up and I can get this done in an hour while doing a good job then I will be super happy. I commute an hour each day to make 100 dollars with my day job.

Ya that’s not a good idea. You could , but you will have resistance. Just be prepared for it. Have every line in the book ready , An if you don’t care if you lose it or not then go for it.
If you want to be on the safe side raise it $25
Most people jace a business sense an say your raising me 50% or 40%. Who does that ? I don’t do that with my business

BTW 70 isn’t horrible for this job ! should it be more yes , but so what your new. learn , An get better , An you’ll have more experience , An confidence in the future.

So it took me about 4 hours. Im kinda glad I didn’t bid a high bid because with it being my first store I was extremely slow. It has also been a very long time since windows were done. Im really slow though. My 30 dollar stotefront took me 45 mins. Still it was a good day. I just really need to get faster. I guess this comes with experience? I think a seasoned pro could of done the gas station in an hour and a half.

im new too windows but not too building a service business. it just takes time the more you worker it the better you’ll become.

i helped train competitor of mine a year or two ago and he just kept buying equipment. told him man just master the tools you have first then look for other ways to improve.

i was always able to outperform him on certain floors and he’s realizing now that mike was right. but many many hours were invested before i got to where i could fly through jobs and still do them well.

You will get more efficient as you do more glass.

Thanks man! Yes im very happy with my first day. I made in half a day what I do at my day job im one day while also commuting an hour.

Way to go that’s a good job it only gets better from there as you speed up.

But remember you still got to take acquisition cost of getting jobs insurance all those company expenses comes out of that too but you’re going in the right direction that’s for sure

Slow or not the customer was happy right? It’s all in your head at the start. No one is looking at you and saying how slow you are except your self. Tell that voice in your head to go have a few beers and relax you have work to do :wink:
