i used to do live radio ads with my other business. they were shorter though but alot of fun. i also did a couple of 45 min presentations at a business club.
think of the most common questions people ask you, think about the things you do others may not,
3 things is not many so you’ll some material for each.
basically think about how you handle a customer call…a customer should never have have to say more than one sentence before the business person takes control and manages the call.
sounds like fun.
There’s a rash of emails going around lately where they promise you a “free, talk show style interview”, and they turn around and use the content for their own needs.
You are going to want to have a lot of interesting stories or funny incidents to talk about. That is what people want to hear about on the radio. Like that time a little kid asked you to get a cat out of a tree and you got to act like a fireman. Or when you cleaned a house but it burned down the next day so they didn’t want to pay you.
If you have a list of stories and possible segways into educational stuff related to your business that would help a lot I think.
