How would you add 100 customers?

Since the beginning on this thread, yes we have added over 100 customers. We are going strong. Got my crews out cleaning now. It has been more challenging finding new hires than it is getting new customers.

ain’t that the truth. it’s april 3 and i’m already using the “we aren’t accepting new clients at this time” line. i just don’t have the bodies to throw at all this work.

I got lucky adding some college kids who can help out with the overflow on weekends. We normally schedule Monday thru Saturday 8am-5pm this time of year thru the first of July. I have only had to go out in the field a couple days so far this year.

awesome, as a solo new comer, I’d kill for 1 client a day…
I’m going to hit the pavement this pm.

as a newbie who’s working solo, I’d kill for such results. I’d love 1 client a day.

Kyle Stafford Curiosity has me asking what the campaign cost was to reach the goal?

I understand if you would like to keep it lowkey so PM me if you wish…

Follow the instructions I posted here http://windowcleaner.com/vBulletin/residential-window-cleaning/49099-desperate-help-starting-up-again-2.html#post360380 I did it. Am doing it… whatever. I have a broken leg and rib at the moment so flyers are kind of out…

I did ride my knee scooter around with my big leg cast boot thing… People looked at me like I was nuts.

Don’t waste time in Off Season for any type of paid ads if you are just starting. Just burn up your budget and its over. No results and looking like someone kicked over your cereal bowl.

after I posted this post last year I started doing a lot of research on branding. It has completely change how and why we do marketing. The simple answer is we dont advertise to get jobs, we advertise to build a brand. We use lots targeting advertising mediums online, print, mail, etc to get our name out there.

I like the way you think my man… Nice
