You need to be very careful in your calculations. If you underestimate the job you can easily lose money because the government can demand proof you paid your workers the $30-50/h the prevailing wage dictates.
Yea i lost money on my last job wages were 36.00 an hour per worker it was also 70000 sq ft. What would you price a building of this size
If you have to ask someone else what to price it at you are not prepared to do that work. There is no way to quantify what it would cost based on building footage. Even if you gave us the exact window count and dimensions, we don’t know how much work is needed to clean those windows, what tools you are using, and the experience level of your crew.
