How many storefronts can you clean in a day

Cutting out wasted movements is a huge part in mastering this trade. Also I think willing to learn new techniques and using different tools is always going to help anybody improve. I was really pretty set in my ways for a long time. For example I always thought straight pulls was it for storefronts and which sometimes it is , but after trying out a wagtail I’ve seen how limited straight pulls can be. I believe it’s made me better at my trade and added a new skill set to my window cleaning.

Ha ha i doubt that saving 10-30 seconds here and there is the thing you need to improve the most on in your current business.

I never claimed to know everything about your business. (YOUR EXHAUSTING)

Im just saying there are more important things you probably need to work on in your business then worring about 10-40 seconds here and there. Those few seconds of gained time will come.

In regards to work flow the more work you do the more things will become apparent to you in regards to “if i do it this way that will save me some time.” Most of the work flow process is common sense stuff.

THANK YOU!!! One of my pet peeves right here. If you have a large window USE A LARGE SQUEEGEE. It drives me crazy when some YouTube “expert” shows his fanning technique on a large window with an 18" squeegee, or even worse, a 12" squeegee. Many of those windows could have been pulled horizontally in like 45 seconds. But instead you would rather stand in front of the window and fan it for 5 minutes.

I currently use Unger Ninja 30" squeegees with 30" Sorbo swivel washers. I didn’t know Unger had a 30" swivel washer. I find myself becoming more and more of an Unger fanboy lately.

@luke3636 how many of your storefronts do you also do the inside? It seems like the inside of my storefronts take twice as long as the outside.

The majority of ours are inside and out. Just depends but inside usually takes a bit longer at some stores. Plus we have to gain access , we like to start around 6 am or so and it’s not always easy to get the routes in order to do so.

I sense a youtube video subject in the message
