I dare someone to call the number and pretend to be an NSP. Report back the results so we can all have a healthy laugh after work today.

Might I suggest that before we get all of our panties in a twist, check out the guys website.
5 star reviews, licensed and insured, and some pretty well heeled customers.
Maybe, just maybe…the guy has a better plan than many of us.

I have no dog in this, and I don’t know the guy. But the tendency to dismiss anyone cheaper than us or label them bucket bobs simply because they can do the same job for less money is tiring sometimes.

Maybe he’s a member here and could teach a thing or two.

Or maybe I reading it all wrong. We are the superior companies and he’s the dope. I don’t know.

The catch must be whatever the price is AFTER 20 windows.

I don’t think the point of the thread is to say he’s a dope. Rather, how the heck is he profitable like this?

Numbers don’t lie and without a magic wand there’s only but so much you can do in a day, so if you’re a solo guy you just can’t charge low prices and still make a living. If you’re bigger, then you could run things Wal-Mart style and pay your workers nothing and make money on volume instead.

If there’s some other secret, I’d love to know it… and then still charge more.

Make no mistake - cheap labor is anything but cheap. You will pay somewhere down the line.

I don’t know, but maybe ask him. His ad and contact info is clearly displayed for anyone that really wants to know. I suspect that some here would sincerely like to know and might benefit from the answer. Perhaps they should ask.

Over 100 reviews but none less than 5 stars? Hmm…

Their Angie’s list rating is C for windows. One lady posted a review saying they stole her garden hose. Shiny’s reply to her was her dog ate it (according to the lady). A 25’ garden hose…

Two reviews had job prices, $80 and $75.

The catch is they steal your garden hose. Lol

I’ve been advertising “We’ll clean your windows for free, just give me lunch.”

It’s been working well. Did I mention that this advertisement is written in sharpie on a piece of cardboard? I wave it frantically at passersby

This.
I’m just baffled by the economics.

20 windows for $75 is 3.75 a window…thats pretty good. So if you think about it…you have 18 windows, your still paying $75. So at 3.75 a windows. Thats more than i charge. Then again i do commercial

I’m not familiar with the term flat window . Is that a pane ?

Also , The fine print states starting at

Yea, I assume that means per pane, no dividers? So a double hung is out, which is the greater majority of windows around here.
