How do you sell residential service?

Meeting in person takes too much time

I prefer them to send pics or not be home

Lately Iā€™ve been all about meeting in person to do the quote. I email them the quote but I find that going to the potential clients house and meeting them helps close the job even at a higher price. I hope to eventually just do that during the day and have my crew actually do the labour.

In this world of rush rush, automation, letā€™s go, hurry up, right now, I personally feel this is a good approach as well.

Thereā€™s times to be in a rush and times to make connections. Ya gotta know the difference between the two.

Donā€™t get me wrong though. If I lived in a city I wouldnā€™t ā€œwaste timeā€ meeting in person.
