How do you invoice

If youve never heard of Freshbooks. You should really look into it. You can view when a client logs in, invoice from your iPhone, track expenses, manage client lists, etc. it truly runs my business, I do all accounting/estimates/invoicing on the go. PM me if you want to learn more. (no I don’t work for them!)

+1 oww

so do u charge ur clients with an extra 2.75% charge for using credit cards??

No, you just have to eat the credit card charges like every other business. Actually I’m pretty sure that’s part of most processing agreements, that you won’t charge more to card users. 2.75% to get your money automatically and make life easier for the client is well worth it, though.

I try to charge them but without them knowing

since my cost are below the mainstream. my clients dont recognize it

A self-described lowballer – refreshing!

Lol, sweet and to the point!

Sent from my portable handheld device using interwebz.

I would send out your invoices asap instaed of waiting to stack them up…u wouldnt be so over whelmed

One thing I have done is make a universal document. There is a empty spot to write the document type. Weather it be a quote, receipt, statement, invoice or service agreement.

on my phone, the second the job is complete using the customer factor.

Do you take credit cards with TCF? I know it’s an option, but haven’t set that up yet.

yes there are few card options for tcf, swipe, square and i think a couple others. square did have a no fee promo not sure if it’s still on.
i get cc at job if possible but invoice email includes payment link.
