6 inch squeegee on the bottom (sometimes also the sides) of the frames.
Unger belt holds three dry cloths and I have a bullring on the front left. This holds my working dry cloth, wet cloth over the shoulder. This works for anything up to 5 bedroom houses or a morning/afternoons work commercial.

i have mostly done only wfp with minimal trad. we purchased a commercial route about 9 mos ago. so we enjoy the 4-5 stories.

previous company went through a lot of towels he said, i didn’t like carry a lot of towels so i quit using my moerman sleeve tbar inside since it holds a ton of water. switched to using wagtail inside originally didn’t like minimal amount of water it holds but works well indoors.

been working with a small pump sprayer too see how i like that now

thanks

We carry our 3 buckets around. 1 has soap, 1 has extra hucks, and 1 for dirty hucks. We use pulex buckets btw. Everyones belt has 2 pouches as well for carrying extra hucks.

On a home right by front door.
Medium/large commercial set up in one spot. Move them as you clean.

Limits trips to the truck.

I do a lot of commercial work and used to have the same problem. Years ago I went out with nothing but a sponge to force myself to figure out a way to clean windows without using towels. I learned different ways to address cleaning up water. When I reintroduced towels I rarely use them except on occasion. They are nice to have on you but not absolutely necessary.

Squeegee the frames and sills off onto your strip washer instead of wiping them. If you get water on a desk or table do the same. Sound odd but it works. Use a sponge on the Floor or your strip washer to mop the water up. Save your towels for times when you need Something perfectly dry and use a sponge or squeegee it first and then dry it.

When I go into a commercial building I take one towel for drying things off and one towel for the occasional detail work. That’s it.
