Hey guys, so I was thinking of adventually adding holiday lighting services. I have a few questions though, on a normal house how many outlets/circuits do you utilize? I would imagine for larger homes who have the house and landscape decorated they would need several electrical outlets/ circuits.
And if the customer dosent have any exterior plugs how do you go about running the zip wire or extension cord into the house or garage?

If just starting out go all LED
That does many things but it allows 90%+ of your displays to be run off a single timer/outlet. Thus the entire things goes on and off at same time.
If no exterior outlet run inside the garage and in that case do not use a photocell timer, if outside we use all photocell. When the power goes out and then back on no phone calls or trips out to reset timers.
How do you get it into the garage ? Do you run it down the side and slip it under the door? Do remove some sort of molding etc
under the door.
Do you expect this much? Maybe 5% of our jobs are run off interior outlets.
