We need someone that wants to sub commercial [storefront] work with some waterfed work too. There are two of us [separate companies] that can sub you work so you pretty much have full time. You’d get at least 2 1099’s and still have time to do houses for yourself.
We’d help set up your business and I have liability buy-in which saves you money.
We require you have your own car and insurance and your own equipment [at least the basics]. Citizenship a must and fluid in English [sorry, it’s the area here]. Some experience needed but I can train you for the finer points.
