I like the sound of that one… Plus the logo could be as simple as an arrow pointing right, maybe with the words “right way” inside. I do like simplicity.

Is it bad if other people have the same company names but are located in different states and different logos but offer same services? I want to be unique but thats everyones thought so there are bound to be multiple same named companies…

No, its ok. Business names are registered by state. Each state has a way of searching to makes sure a name is available. And while the IRS does get your business name, they are really identifying you by your EIN, much like people can have the same name but are identified by their SSN.

You can make simple logos with relative ease. It’s free, unless you want the vector images, which is often desired if you want to give them to a web designer or something. But you can always just make the sizes as you need them. Here’s one I made that I’m considering using:

It’s clean looking and professional and it’s simple enough for any decent artist(even a friend or a highschool kid) to draw up
