Help with a mid-rise bid

Hey guys, I’m in need of some help with a bid. I’m still pretty new at bidding out commercial mid-rise. I had a hotel ask me to give them a quote. I’m pretty sure I can clean the entire building with my Gardiner Water Fed Pole. There are a total of 360 windows (each about 4’ x 4’) and they only want the exterior cleaned. I was thinking $4 a window. Is that a competitive price? The manager said if they accept my bid then they have 2 other hotels they manage and would like me to give them a bid on those as well. Thanks guys!

Seems to mid to mid low range. Im thinking I would be more around 2k, but I usually stick to lower stuff so Im interested to see what others would have to say. Also, if you want these jobs, since Ramadas usually arent as high end you may have a better chance of coming in mid to mid low if you are happy with the income. Either way, since you dont have experience with the higher stuff I wouldnt give them a bid on tbe other stuff until you see how this goes to make sure your happy with your pricing.

Thanks Chargingsnail! Yeah, I was kind of thinking the same thing about the other hotels, see how this one goes first. I’m pretty sure I could do it in two days. The windows were pretty dirty so that’s my biggest worry is how well the water fed pole will get them clean. Thanks for your input!

Have you tried using hot water? Its awesome for really dirty windows! But, then its another thing to worry about in your system.

More work in the future is vapor. You’ll never nail it down. Bid each job on its own merits.
