Help me bid this office building please!

I’m putting a bid in on a new office building in the DFW area. I already do some window washing and pressure washing work for this company (smaller buildings). I have attached pictures of part of the building…one end and half of the front. Both ends are the same, and both back and front are the same, symmetrical with an entrance in the middle of the building. They are ladder type windows, and I counted 540 panes total for the building. The top of the top row of windows is 32 feet off the ground. I’ll be using a WFP. I’d appreciate any thoughts on the project and pricing, and also thoughts on the best way to do the windows over the front and back entrances (there’s a roof extending out over the entrance). Thanks. Allen

Can you walk that dumb metal canopy separating the two floors at the entrance?

Yes, it is walkable.

I would just take what you charge them per pane on their smaller ones and multiply it by 540. Easy and consistent.

Looks like an easy job. 750-1000 should be good. Maybe half a day of work

This is good example of location really differs I would also water fed that building, less than half a day, looking at $1,200 to $1,500

Thanks for the input, guys. I really appreciate it!
