Just started a new business after taking a 4-5 year break. Stopped due to getting bursitis in both my shoulders. I’m now rested and (hopefully) healed after the long break and fitness regime.
I’m not planning on going as hard as I did before, as my wife now works, so we are both contributing to the income.
Would love to hear any of your tips on shoulder flexibility / exercises / stretching that you do to keep yourself fighting fit.
