So, my area is rather small, basically a hand full of small towns in a rural county, with each town only having 1 post office. Now, the offices in the 3 bigger towns have a BUNCH of windows, all of which are absolutely filthy. I guess my question is, how would one go about getting these as contracted accounts? Are they regulated by government on condition of when and how they’re cleaned, or is the local postmaster in charge of the upkeep of the building? Does anyone have a contract to do post office, or other government offices, windows?
I was contacted by a Property Management company to provide janitorial, snow removal and window cleaning for the post office in the nearest small town. The PM’s conditions were ridiculous and the previous guy was paid less than half of what I would have bid so I didn’t follow up.
