I picked up a new restaurant with 30 windows that I cleaned for the first time two weeks ago. The manager called Saturday and said he needed a reclean off schedule full inside/out for an inspection so I cleaned it again yesterday. He told me he has another inspection on the 13th of next month and wants another in/out. Bam! $225 in just over a month! Thanks for the tip @JaredAI!

I used to do 9 Arby’s and I always doubled up during inspection time because they could never get the exact date right!!

Out of curiosity why aren’t you doing those 9 stores now?
I actually got out of the business back at the beginning on 2014 after 20 years. I wanted to try something different since window cleaning was all I ever did since college. Well long story short I’m opening my business back up at the beginning of April & I’m excited to get back out there. I really miss it and I’ve realized I’m not cut out to be inside at the same place everyday!

I will say the Arby’s I did work for were great. They paid within about a 1-1/2 weeks after I sent the bill every month. Like clock work.
