@JaredAI gave me a tip last week so Friday I went to bid a commercial property. I got the call this morning and they accepted my bid so I’m cleaning their building on Friday. I included options for either a 4 or 8 week, or quarterly outside only maintenance cleans. She is interested in a more frequent schedule. Wish me luck!
