Got done with my third CCU of the week down and was down to the basement glass block windows. Caked with clay and mud so I was scrubbing with a rag first.
These things get installed when the basement walls are in so they sometimes get beat up during construction.
Didnt see a glass shard and thought my rag snagged…nope my finger. It snagged on my tendon and did a number on my hand. Be careful doing those glass blocks because it hides damaged glass well. (Especially on the seams of the blocks)
I go Monday to a surgeon to see how bad it was damaged.
Seriously…last two windows of the week.
Umm, I’m not sure I’m supposed to click “like” or not. That sucks hope it turns out okay.
I stick my finger in a grinder last year but a good wrap fit a couple weeks was all it needed.

Ouch, sorry to hear about that mate, hope there isn’t any permanent damage and you recover quickly.
