Efficiency minus zero detailing

So zero detailing has been discussed abundantly. But what else do you think also contributes to greater efficiency?

Personally, making my own lunch is a huge efficient in both time and money spent.

I would say a a steady tempo that last your all work day.
I’ve seen too many working like maniacs the first hours but after a while they turn into slow zombies… they then like coffe and talking a little to much.

Minimalism in general seems to boost my efficiency. The less I carry, the faster I move.

Try to have everything you need with you for the job you are on once you leave the truck. Every time you need to walk out to the truck you kill your ‘rhythm’ and your productivity.
