EDDM campaigns door hangers internet results

I had them printed at vistaprint, which i use for everything. Have been very pleased thus far and the prices have been fantastic (they always have sales). Also very user-friendly.

The guys didn’t really care for my postcard design, but I’ve gotten a decent amount of positive feedback from the field. Here it is:

I’m a huge fan of simplicity and a lot of the guys thought it was boring looking. @Chris suggested some mods to the text layout, which i too had considered, but i ended up sending it as is with just some alignment tweaks. Thankfully, it’s been fairly successful so far. For my summer mailing i might just go with one of the wcra designs if i can make it match the overall look of my other materials.

I also may give the at cost printing a shot if the price is right and it’s easy enough to use. For me, I understand the vistaprint system already and know what to expect so I’m hesitant to try a different printing service, but I’ve heard great things about at cost printing.

Thank you for the detailed answer! In those 20 k how many pieces do you include per year also what kind of quantity do you send per every campaign , do you include coupons and promotions or just your company info . Beside EDDM what kind of marketing methods work good for you ?

First starting out you’ll have more success pounding the pavement than online advertising. The trick with online ads is they take a while to start working. In the meantime your spending money on them without getting a return.

Mailout some cards and put out door hangers for much better results.

I will definitely do the door hangers and the EDDM I just wasn’t sure how many to send per campaign and how frequently and what to expect if it is 2500 and the response rate is 0.5% or 1 % that mean 10-25 calls the maximum and that campaign is going to cost me 800 $. I would like to hear your feedbacks and how it works in your business!

Hi @Kanex and @WVWindowWashing,
Just thought I’d chime in
Postcards are a great way to get your company out there and one of the most popular because of the successful response rate. WCRA/PWRA members have the benefit of At Cost Printing(http://store.atcostprinting.com/) which is currently running a Postcard promotion. The WCRA/PWRA also offers some awesome templates to members which makes it even easier. We’re always here to answer any questions you may have :+1:
