For a domain name keep it very short and simple to remember.

The first one. Hell maybe even number 4 also. No need to limit it to just 1 but the top is the best and I’d use it for marketing

I wouldn’t worry about your domain for SEO as much as I would about actual SEO. The domain helps but you would want window cleaning or window washing in your domain name. That would make a pretty long domain to remember.
I personally would pick your first choice if it’s available,

My suggestion is try and see if your town whatever it is the name is available follow by the word cleaning!
town cleaning.com Everyone will remember the website name and will be easier to find on good and go up in ranking.
