Demand on Oregon coast?

I realize it is going to be hard to get an honest answer from any Oregon coast window-cleaners on this one, but going to try anyway. What is the demand for window cleaners like along the coast (excluding Portland)? Or, even inland - Eugene and Corvallis areas? I’m small-time - just storefronts and the occasional one-story residential.

Perhaps one metric would be the types of routes/WC businesses for sale and the asking prices?

Metric? Nah. Never did like the metric system. I hustle.

There’ll always be clients/residents where clean windows are a high priority. It bothers them more than other services. With that said, if you’ve got solid reviews and are easy to find, they will find you. I owned a business in SEA, and it rained 10 months of the year and I was busy May-October. The rest of the months were slower, so I worked a part-time job those months. So to summarize, you’ll have work.

It’s going to be hard for you to get any " Honest Answer " as you requested, if you come on this forum with an attitude and response like you did to HBM !

Many of us in the business are here to share and help not be treated disrespectfully ( especially from someone new to the forum ).
