Does anybody have a part time sales person? If so, what is the commission structure you give or what do you think would be reasonable? This is for commercial only. Should I consider a monthly commission if the account is monthly? Say, 15-20% for every maintanence job we get and keep?

I’ve tried and tried. Plus everybody loves that the owner is onsite and I actually enjoy doing the work. He has a window covering business but wants more work, so I think he may be a good fit. He loves sales, too. I don’t!
