That’s the NW for ya! I owned & operated (6yrs) a wc company in Silverdale two towns away from Bainbridgeelectric Island, and yes I called it deck panes/glass too. Nice job! So wet there everything has green moss on it, and it’ll just come back by next year $$

Curious - I know this is an older thread, but I am new (2nd season) and live where nearly every house has deck glass, and it’s NW so it get’s green over winter though not always as bad as the photo. Many of the panes are just glass and wood framed top/bottom (they get the worst at the bottoms due to rain splashing back up in winter - often on aging wood. They are also often high off the ground above bad terrain (steep) making them un-ladderable. What does everyone charge on these? I feel they are a part of my quotes that need a significant boost due to the time they take - the go from the wood framed kind, to high end with lovely stainless clips holding in the glass and no top rail (those are tempered of course)… I used to charge $5/panel. I’ve since gone up to $8 per panel ($4/side) I’m thinking it should be $5/pane - and more if requiring lean over to clean the outside and/or if they are green?

Thank you!
