Customer satisfaction ($)

I received a text from a past customer who’s windows I had done in and out a couple of times. Hasn’t used my services for a couple of years, but she called a couple of days ago to swing by and give her an estimate for next weeks cleaning. Looking back on what I charged before I was $130 more than last time, but it’s a tough job and I’m not budging on the price. Her text said “…it’s more than what I paid before but my quote seemed like I do a lot for that.” She also stated that the last cleaner she had damaged some screens, didn’t put some back properly, and broke some wood grids that snap on the windows. My phone text wasn’t working so I called her and said “Yes, my price went up since last I did your windows, but I am very thorough and if I damage a screen I fix a screen. If they are weather beaten and need to be replaced we can talk about that.” She said "I’ll pay more to have a better job done and I know that you did good work the last two times."
Scheduled for the 22nd for $800+.

Most of the customers out there think we are ALL THE SAME until they find out that they are wrong.
