Custom Truck Mounted 30 Gallon Pure Water Delivery System For Window Cleaning

It’s rainy where I am this morning so after more cups of coffee than necessary I put together this little edit of how my wfp and delivery system is setup. I’ve always found it a little frustrating trying to connect internal wfp hose to feed line with all the different standards that don’t match up so here is how I connect my Tucker pole to Rhino Tube wound on an air hose reel connected to a 30 gallon tank with a 12v pump. Hope this helps anyone out there wanting ideas on how to achieve this. Besides the pole and filtration (which will soon be rain supplied!) this is a very low budget and effective way of “tanking” your own water which I find to be the most efficient way of utilizing a WFP for residential work.

Niiccee?

Nicely thought out system. I am guessing your running a 1 GPM pump. Run at full the system will create some back pressure and this could effect flow rates to the brush. Managing the pump to reduce how hard the pump runs and reduce back pressure could improve flow and reduce current draw.

This blog gives an over view of what Im talking about in terms of pressure and managing the pump to create a more efficient system
