Compliance depot scam

I know that whenever I google a company and I see forum chatter on the first page I check it out.

There are no changes that need to be made and there is no scam. Someone has to make sure you follow the client’s requirements and that is what we do.

From what I have read about your firm, a lot of contractors do work for your clients post-haste only to find out after the fact that they do not meet the requirements to get PAID for the work they’ve done.

In my eyes, that is a scam. It should actually be reported to the proper authorities.

I have heard about people digging their own grave… But seriously. Your company probably wishes the internet never existed after this thread was made and it ranks so high on google… Good luck recovering from this one.

Nah, Daddy has deep pockets… RealPage(RP) /Compliance Depot isn’t concerned about us.

Just like RealPage(RP) /Compliance Depot isn’t concerned about the vendors who aren’t getting paid for such long periods of time.

I think Compliance Depot needs to become compliant with their company reputation and change their name to “Complaint Depot”.

CD just had their rating with the BBB downgraded for…

 1. Number of complaints
 2. Number of unresolved complaints
 3. Length of time it takes to respond to complaints.

This is fun. In 5 years neither I nor must customer have ever received notification of a verbiage change.

 1. The endorsement was signed, just not where CD wanted it. Now I may be crazy here, but I am going to take the word of the person who WORKS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY (by the way, the insurance company is on the Forbes 50 most trusted companies list) over the person what works at a place that just had their BBB rating lowered for incompetence

 2. There seems to continue to be a confusion of who the client is. The client is the person who pays.

I addition to all of the above, I sent an email to a “team leader” for a clarification on a different certificate. It has now been 3 days without a response.

That doesn’t fall back on us. The vendor is notified as soon as the client starts using us.

I believe that’s how a scam works. You swindle people out of the money that they earned, but you have figured out how to sleep at night by saying things like the above.

Whether or not you sleep at night, it’s still a scam.

Let me google that for you

I’m starting to think that this CD guy is either a parrot or some sort of bot. He repeats the same cut-and-paste responses with no regard for anyone else’s input; not exactly what you’re looking for in a business associate. Whatever he is, he’s the ultimate shill.

Hey, Compliance Depot, do you believe you’ve made your company look better here? Would you be willing to show this thread to a prospective client? Don’t worry…Google will do that for you.

This thread is crazy…
