Compliance depot scam

No one is looking for a free pass, moron, all the complaints have been about the way you handle things on your end, endless verbiage changes, etc etc. I understand large companies wanting to have the credentials of their vendors verified, what I don’t understand is having the vendor pay to do that. I also don’t understand why you choose to pop in every few weeks and try to defend your horrible ways.

This space for rent!

I found it! There’s got to be more of these, yes?

Haha!

and this is why…

I do not remember typing this. Sorry for bringing the “like” issue back up, guys.

They’ve got you on some good drugs, huh? Hope you’re feeling better soon, John

Compliance Depot is the worst company ever!

I just heard from one of my employer’s customers that they were just notified we are not in compliance with comp depot, so they won’t pay our invoices. wtf? So even though we did the work and are owed the money, they won’t pay due to what comp depot says? Maybe if we put a lien on their apartment building they would sing a different tune? LOL

Wow my husband hasn’t gotten paid since June. Same thing did over $1000.00 of work then hit us with compliance fee, had to get extra insurance, and still haven’t gotten paid. He is sole owner and the gas, dump fees, time already gone. What I can’t comprehend is the work is already complete we should be paid. Then if they have new criteria impose or give notice. The comment about you only making a small amount is because you play fair and don’t gouge companies. They like our small business prices but want corporation coverage go figure?

To the lady who defended the company. If I felt someone was bad mouthing my company I would get to the bottom of that bad experience, Yeah? I mean I am just saying.

its just another way for the government to bankrupt small business to then transfer the power to the larger corporations. The small business doesn’t want to deal with them so the larger ones will. I mean come on they are using the Patriot act that allows for unconstitutional activities as one of the fingers of their strong arm.

all the threads say it all. ive dealt with comp depot for years now I have nothing nor does anyone I know anything good to say about them. there business model is a joke. that being said I wish I had the knowledge and the balls to have started it. ive dropped many clients that have used them. ive become “compliant” only for my best paying customers. there isn’t a manager in the field or a vendor that I have come across that has anything good to say, period. the higher ups that sit in an office thought"this must be a good idea it protects us". that’s total b.s. in a suit of any kind everyone is named. they are not protecting liability of the owners at all. having them named as additionally insured also costs more money than the up front 95$. if anyone from compliance depot would like to talk to me about any of the stated I’m easy enough to get a hold of. again I wish I would have come up with the idea. then I wouldn’t be busting my ass outside daily.

Went through the same, only I refuse to pay for what I already have, SHAM IN YOU COMPLIANCE DEPOT, your a rip off I’ve worked hard for my lic and refuse to give you one penny.

This thread keeps going… and going…

When you try and rip a window cleaner, everybody hears about it thanks to WCR

Well, let’s keep it going . . .

I just had a retirement complex person tell me, with apprehension in her voice, that they used compliance depot, and paused . . .

have things changed for the better over the years or are people still experiencing what was stated in 2012 in this thread?

for someone who wants to hire you:

are the issues getting approved in the first place?
or is it more non-payment issues after work completion?

did all county ever go thru them and successfully paid Chris?

Hey Bruce

I never really heard much about them until this thread. We never had to use them.

I love this thread, and the other hundred forum threads attached to a search.

Apartment owners forums
Propowerwash forum
Wcr
etc…

And there is always the typical rep, replying "why are you lying??!"
There’s never “maybe there is a misunderstanding” or “well let’s talk through this.”

It’s always nasty, aggressive “YOU ARE A LIAR!”

Luckily, I’ve never ran across them, but I will never work for a company that uses them.
For that reason, alone.

If you are a representative of a company, you don’t speak to people like that.
And if you are flustered to that point, that easy… that company should NOT have you representing them.

All the way around, from either side, rep or owner, owner or rep…the whole thing, is BAD NEWS.

I can’t believe these scammers even exist… Run them out of town…

I love this thread, it amazing. Over 57,000 views.
