Commercial bid help

I got my xero ultimate just in time cause suddenly I’m getting all these commercial opportunities. Was wondering if you guys could assist me on this one as it is my first ever. It’s a government building:

Front:

Right side:

Rear (just four panes, but tight access):

Left side:

Each set of windows is roughly 8-10’ tall.

Many are very dirty (not cleaned in 5 years):

There’s one inside set that is a little tougher but doable:

They would like an in/out and out only price. No contracts, so just a one time clean. About 120 panes, half of them what i classify as large panes.

Thanks guys!

I’m a solo operator and I would prob charge in the area of 400. This is not knowing what type of access you have to inside windows nor to what type of insurance or requirements a government job would require.

I would be prepared to do it traditional, but try wfp to see how clean you can get it. Since they have gone 5 years and are not treating this as a regular clean, I wouldn’t go nuts with Steel wool or any other type of deep clean. It’s likely not important to them and they likely wouldn’t pay for it.

Or its a test to see how well he does before they hire him on long term…something to consider. That said i still wouldnt go over the top with it all. But def need to charge on the higher side due to level of dirtiness

That’s a lot of dirt for sure. Would anyone recommend throwing a rag on his pole to get a lot of that excess dirt off before poling? Also, how are you liking the Ultimate? I just got my pro and I’m happy with it. Way more rigid that the hybrids.

Not sure how High those pics are but I would personally ladder that. If your dead set on poling it the first time around run a Cobb Webb brush over the spider web’s and eggs first.

Id go high. Probably between $700 And $800 with the amount of filth and all the breaks.

With government stuff, there’s a little something you should know.

Also You might want the DA components bronze wool holder for some scrubbing power. Also id check this out
http://da-components.com/product/da-applicator-kit/

Like a high pressure nozel so you could get those spider webs and sills from the ground. We just got one. Seems pretty legit.
