Business Website is it worth it? Inbound Marketing

I’m debating getting a website. I’ve seen a few posts of people saying they get “phone calls” of people wanting their business. Right now I’m ranked above my competitor in my area and have double his reviews. My questions is has anyone seen a direct response of inbound customers simply from their website. Thoughts?

Absolutely! We get more quote requests from our website than yelp facebook and Google business combined.

Haha no I mean it in the sense if you have a big enough business you’ll get
organic traffic from your site. I mean as a smaller business is a website
more productive than homeadvisor etc

Yes. In any case, it doesn’t take many hits/calls/jobs to offset the cost of a site. So you have little to lose and plenty to gain by making sure you have a nice site on page 1.

business = website, website = business.

Sorry I just had to. Yes you need a website, even if its just a free hosted one like mine from wix. but its better if you can afford real hosting and web URL of your choice.

Don’t debate just get one. It doesn’t have to be perfect at first. Just get yourself a “home base on the internet” Something you own.

I built a mid-six figure window cleaning company on the back of my website. We only sent out maybe 10k fliers in the 9 years I was in business. Didn’t use Yelp, Home Advisor etc, though we did use Angies for 2 years before dropping them (accounted for 1% of total sales in the years we used them).

Now, I build those same websites for others
