We do. But we’ll probably cancel it and go to nice job. It’s way cheaper and does the same thing. Also, yelp won’t put any reviews up that come from any of these automated review gathering services. But it does work really well with Google and next door.
This service is very expensive. But broadly does have a nice chat feature you can plug into your site. That’s a plus.
There’s a free version of Zendesk Chat that does the same thing, tho I’m not sure that it works well for our industry, I had it on my websites for 5 months last year and received zero chat requests. May be different for others in different areas though.
NiceJob does a great job as a review platform and is a fraction of the price of Broadly. IMO, the way they present the reviews on your website is better as well.
