Thank you in advance. In my area there are quite a few brand new chains/stores going up. I have not done any ccu, but my question is at what point do you ask the new store folks if they will need regular window cleaning? That is, for many of the stores they have not opened, and many still don’t have the pavement down yet, but they’re almost ready to open. Does the individual who did the ccu get that job? Is there anyone at the site yet to even ask for the regular cleaning? Do you call corporate… wait for the store to open, etc.? Thank you.
My experience is that the construction company includes the general cleanup including Windows as their scope of work.
Many times its the same cleaning company that does the initial general cleanup and are not window cleaners.
Once the business is open for business approach them.

Approach the Project Manager on site or Construction Manager and offer your card asking to be considered as the window cleaner for post construction. Once the place opens for business they will need a regular window cleaner so be sure to leave your card with the business owner.
If he already has someone in mind, fine - you tried; if not it could very well be you!
