I don’t agree Steve I work in warm summer weather and I apply soap directly to the sleeve or Fliq pad and it works well.

if in a hot climate just use a little bit less it will still glide nicely.

The difference is when applying soap directly to the washer, there will be inconsistency between the amount of soap on each window as the water dries out , so you are juggling a water and a soap bottle to attempt to balance the ratio of soap/water on each pane its just double handling with an inconsistent solution.
I honestly I don’t understand why moremon would make it a one or the other, no other soap on the market is.
Does it provide a gleam on the glass like GG3/4?
Does it dry clear?

I’ve been using slip/soap added to the Fliq or scrubber for almost 2 years now. My bucket contains fresh water only. One application of soap direct to washer is good for half dozen or so dunks. Did it the other way for years and personally I find direct application more efficient, especially with the Moerman pads which hold a lot of water without dripping.
