Appointment keeping app/software

What do you solo guys use?
Not the big wigs sitting in the office or out doing bids all day, you solo/team guys that do your bids and work on the job, what’s your favorite app and, or software?

Also interested in this to. I keep thinking that there must be a good app out there. I have just been using paper and my note book.

Google Calendar is just so intuitive and easy to use and integrates with about anything. I put their name, phone number and my estimate as the “Event” then add the address in and a time/date for the appointment and if it gets rescheduled all you have to do is edit it and change the day/time. When the time comes all you have to do is tap the event in the calendar when you are ready to go and it will open maps and set the gps location so you can navigate to the job. It also works great for route work where you have some stores done monthly or weekly or every two weeks or some that are done on the first Monday of every month or last or whatever. Its really good for houses that I do yearly so I don’t forget to call a customer. I just set it to remind me yearly and I call them when I see the reminder coming up on my calendar. It has so many customizable and easy to use features. I started with this app and never tried another and dont really see a reason to now.

i just use apple calender and quickbooks app.

most pay check but if im emailing invoice on a commercial acct they can actually pay it through the invoice using QB

if in person i use chase merchant services.

i tried house call pro but didnt like it but then again that when they first rolled out years ago

I used an app called Squeegee. You can get it in the App Store or squeegee.ee

Works great for me.

I really like The Customer Factor. Yes it is a paid subscription customer management software but it is reasonably priced.

It is good for solo run businesses and you can grow with it if you decide to bring on one or more employees.

i use qbo, tcf and recently added pipedrive

Thats what I use as well. I like to keep it simple. Google calendar and QBO.

I tried TCF and couldnt stand it it drove me nuts. I tried other software too but never found a good fit. I eventually gave up getting tired of looking.

dido, QBO, TCF but not pipedrive-researching it now! how has pipedrive improved your life?

pipe drive is the communication hub, all emails sent from tcf are auto entered in pipe, as with all from gmail. sent and received. also in or out calls can be logged from your phone. the whole pipeline function is awesome moving customers or prospects through your process. it doe snot do mass email or snail mail but tcf does.

we looked at freshsales too but pipedrive is better. i used to like the feedback function in tcf because the customer reply was added to their tcf profile but then he changed it :frowning: but now all go to pipedrive.

I use QuickBooks and Breezeworks.

Check out Jobber. I love it.
