Alternatives to hip-clip?

You know I’m not sure if wcr carries them yet or will. You would have to ask @Alex or @Chris.

All my hip clips broke, though I like the concept.

I used looped tool belts with a couple additional bull rings.

That formatting is weird on that pic. There is a little metal clothes pin attached to my belt. they are called spring clamps at home depot.

I’ve had mine break where the loop for the little metal bar goes. But that time it really was my fault. I bent forward where I had my clip on the front and it pushed the opposite way and broke.

I don’t think that Viper clip is ready yet. We got them in the very infant stages of the product. Pretty cool though.

This works pretty well for me, it rotates and locks in any position. Only $3

Oh yeah and the hook can be bent and shaped any way you want.

I use the Ettore tool belt with a leather loop for my detailing scrim and the cloths for the seals in my Ergotec pocket.

Just do it you’ll never regret it.

I bought one and I LOVE it. Very easy to take towels on or off, holds towels great. I put mine on the front of my belt so I can get to it easier.

Speaking of I need to put a pic of my belt up to join in the community.

main towel in a pouch on a 4 pouch tool thing from lowes - quickest access

bull ring for a couple extra towels

I like that spring clamp bolted onto the belt idea for heavier detail microfibers

perhaps a carbiner type thing to replace the hip clip, but not with a ‘spiky’ type opening or it will catch on the fibers too much every time
meaning let the towel catch in the closing of the carabiner so it securely stays there

its gets old real quick having a towel falling out of a pocket or pouch that is not deep enough
