Advertising on Local Websites help

I mainly only advertise on a local website in my area (I guess simliar to Craigslist) and I was wanting any of you to look at it and let me know what is appealing and unappealing or what I should ad? This is the link
http://www.lsn.com/window-cleaning/5302567.html
I link to both my instagram and facebook in the ad. I realized after a year of trying to grind out store fronts that the real money is in residential. I rarely get either from this ad but it is my only free resource for advertising myself besides word of mouth and just being visible so I want it to at least be the best that it can be. Let me know what you think!

I tried to edit but I couldn’t so Ill just post as a reply: If I get big enough I want a website but until then any online presence is better than none so that is what I am going with for now. post your ads on here too so I can look and learn.
Thanks

In your ad near the bottom you say call or text, but there is no number to contact you at.

Your contact information/number should be easily seen by potential customers.

I’ll post mine for you: hope it helps
