I’ve actually had been asked to do this
its just a door hanger type card with name and logo phone on the front and a checklist of the most common and profitable things we do. i get a $120 window wash that turns into over $1000 worth of product or services all the time. the window wash is just the foot in the door. today I had 1 appointment and i got 9 new lip framed bug screens for $85 per screen plus tax and I replaced the rollers on their slider for $185 and got 2 window replacements for a little over $500 all from 1 house and my little (we also do) sheet. i made the screens when i got home an the windows r already done and ill pick those up tomorrow after work.
Great old post find. Also something ill be looking into thanks
Hey @Erica by chance did you ever re-do “services offered” post card?
If so how’s it working out so far?
Well…yes, I made them. We often forget to give them to the customer though so they haven’t been working like I planned lol I need to get in the habit of giving it either when we schedule the job when doing an in person estimate or as soon we arrive to do the job.
Lol… That’s makes it difficult for them to work!
I did a bunch of brochures that just sit in my office. We all make a few marketing mistakes here and there.
A good business card paired with top notch service and communication go a longer way. Imo
