Anyone have experience in washing abestos shingle siding. Is there a real health risk involved? What Chen mix did you use and were the results good?

Evan unless you have previous experience working with asbestos i would steer clear.

we have a wall of asbestos in our cottage behind a fire place. it just sits there.
if you do some research i think you will find that the danger lies in asbestos fibres in the air.
so demo of anything asbestos is dangerous but products that are hard where the fibres are not free to become airborne not a big deal.
i have no idea on chems.

He’s just trying to wash the house, not remediate the asbestos. Should be fine unless you see cracks and crumbles, but even then you’re not likely to get exposed like the old Navy vets were.
