Makes the printing cheaper also
Very good in the asian market.

I have a van but I wish I had a truck with a shell. My six cylinder van only gets 12 mpg and I am considering getting something that gets around 30 mpg.

why do you need a truck for gutter cleaning?

What call center do you use and how much does it cost?

i used voice logic. about 31 cad per hour, minimum purchsae $1500 cad but you don’t have to use it all at once. i also used them for my voice cast in the spring (you record a message and they send it to your customers voicemail)

Can you please elaborate on how the call center had impacted your business? Thank you.

i get great results phoning customers but it takes a long time and i simply cannot get thru the list quick enough.
the call centre was able to blast through it in about 20 hours while i was out earning revenue. i got several compliments on the call quality and no one said they thought it was a call centre.
that and the letter i created with tcf were the 2 best roi i have ever had.
for a small operator like me (atm) getting good help can be a challenge especially when you only need it for short periods. being able to phone up and say i need some help for a few days and get reliable good quality is awesome.

Very interesting. Does the call center cost a flat rate with a variable charge based on amount of usage?

voice logic charges $30 cad per hour minimum purchase 50 hours so initial investment is 1500.
you use the hours at your discretion keeping in mind that they cannot call someone in for less than 3 hours at a time.
i started with daytime calls then did an evening session and will save the rest of the hours for spring.
after each call session you get a full set of reports.
if you think 30 cad is high keep in mind they have supervisors and experienced high quality operators, their software means they make far more calls in an hour than someone you hired yourself. and no it’s not the kind of software that makes you wait for an operator when you answer, no one identified it as a call centre.
as i mentioned earlier they used my tcf account to book jobs right on my software.

Interesting.
Next year I will be on the road a lot more so I will probably have lots of spare time to work calls while stuck at road construction stops.
