@TSServices how do you get in and out of your rig? (Most likely empty tank) what ro/di system do you use?
Those little PWM controllers are great. I’ve been meaning to do a video of my new setup. The controller eliminated the cycling issues I was having after upgrading to a rinse-bar setup. I’m using mine at probably 60-75% power, but I’ve got the pump pushing through 300’ of 1/4" hose.

Only use this setup on large projects. Currently completing large 6 building condo complex. Access to only one water source. One man uses water tank & cart other uses DI tank connected directly to water source. Water tank is filled at job site with DI Tank. Tank is empty while transporting.

Speed controller is a must with this type of system. Also extends the battery usage. Averaging approximately 35 panes per tank.
