$100,000

How many hours are you working a week roughly? Time spend cleaning + time spent on ad strategy and account acquisition?

nice that you have a good amount of cash to invest. 10 people per day here would be a minimum of
$840 cad per day plus employer costs so around a grand a day. how long will give them to figure out if they are going to make it or not?
of course that’s only at minimum wage.

Right… Actually… I have a lot of fish in a lot of frying pans. But… It’s not only me. I have been training people to help me. This is why I focused on admin first.

Admin can be done virtual and you can hide marketing and prospecting as an administrative cost if you plan well… Which I don’t. I suck at life. As a result of sucking so hard at life. I am becoming the opposite. Because I know what not to do from first hand experience. Not theory or something I read somewhere. Well… I do read a lot. But I like real world results so I go out and do it. If it works… I keep it. If not… O’well. Next…

Ha… No.

With 10 guys that don’t know much. Keep in mind, most sales guys talk the talk… but when the rubber meets the road it’s always something or someone else to blame for their lack of performance.

That’s why I say… Liars can figure, but the figures don’t lie. This is not my first rodeo my friend. I have run several sales organizations in my life. Some of my own. Some for others. I am no fool. I know to shoot low on projections and I am familiar and experienced with a proven track record in all types of sales. But I don’t like sales that much. Due to all the negative connotations. But there is a reason it is the highest paid profession in the world. It takes a LOT of work, luck, and a pinch of skill.

I have a special way of hiring sales staff that pretty much guarantees me to find the performers. Well… Performance ability for closing deals and being a hunter anyway. I can’t speak well for showing up on time…

Sales performers are prima donnas you have to know how to chump them in a way that makes them respect you for the long haul. Not easy to do… Also. A service industry guy with no real “hardcore” sales background… Well… the sales guy will be selling you on all kinds of screwed up concepts. Trust me. Lock it down day one.

The average life of a salesman is 6 months. There is a reason for that. I could do a seminar on why and how to correct… but I won’t. My fingers are sore from creating an operations manual.

  1. There are 3 of me. Mostly admin for the moment though. Back up support from day one is vital. This way i can’t say I am too busy to grow my business. I can just keep moving forward no matter what.

Moxie my dad used to call it. “You gotta have moxie kid. Just keep your head down and keep going and push through no matter what. Nothing stops you. Got it?”

Yeah yeah yeah… whatever.

Might as well apply that principle to the good times too right? It sure has helped my life so far. :slightly_smiling:

Sometimes I do. Sometimes I don’t.

Sales reps and human resources don’t have to be expensive my friend.

There is more than one way to get to Denny’s my friend. I am not speaking of any off road illegal ways to get to Denny’s either. Knowing the territory and having experienced the terrain a time or three doesn’t hurt. I can tell you that for sure.

thanks for the clarification, oh wait you didn’t clarify anything at all.
