Is this heavier than the Werner version?
I’ve got one of their step stools and love it. So if the ladder is anything like those, it would be a great buy.
The Warner is 47.9 lbs. The LG is 39.5 lbs and the Gorilla is 40lbs! So comparable in weight to the LG! Looks like a winner to me. Thanks for the info @Clear_Horizons
Nice!
I bought the smaller step ladder for $16 as well. It’s pretty nice.
Make sure you guy have OSHA Certification to meet there new regulations with that 22 ft ladder…
But that is a great deal on the ladder.
thanks for the tip, just picked one up! Got the last one… i had a werner that i just got and they let me return it.
Do you notice the difference?
ditched this type of ladder a long time ago and never looked back. Too heavy and bulky. A 6ft step ladder can get 80% of what that ladder can get. Anything else can be reached with 16ft extension ladder. And if your using this as an extension/straight ladder your crazy.
Mark me down as crazy. I got the Werner and it is insanely hard to use when extended. I’ll look back at my beginnings and laugh soon enough.
No longer on sale. This thread can be closed.
I just picked up an 8 ft. step ladder 250lb rated for 80 bucks at Ace. Now to remember to strap it to the rack EVERY time I use it maybe it’ll stick around longer than the last one I bought.
Omg that’s up there on my list of nightmares.
Is it the one with the giant spiders?
No, it’s the one with the Little Giant spiders.
I try not to put them back on the rack until I’m ready to strap them on. Just the other day I left a house, new guy packed up the truck, I stopped at the stop sign and my whole set of ladders went sliding off the rack and onto my hood. It left a pretty nasty dent on my hood.
Omg I’d be tiiiiiiii-iiiiiiiiiiicked!
Better than watching cars on a six lane highway duck and weave cuz some Dumbass forgot to strap it on. Glad I didn’t have the lettering on my truck. I would have stopped if someone wrecked because of it however, that is what insurance is for.
